COMMON TOOLS: Here is a list of the common tools recommended.

  • 14 mm Combination Wrench
  • 15 mm Combination Wrench
  • 6 mm, 5 mm, 4 mm, 3 mm Allen wrenches
  • 10” Adjustable Wrench
  • Box Cutter or Scissors
  • Diagonal Wire Cutters
  • Rubber Mallet
  • Phillips and Flat blade Screw Drivers

ADDITONAL / SPECIALIZED TOOLS: These tools will make the assembly easier.

  • Full Set of Metric Allen Wrenches
  • Additional 14 mm and 15 mm Wrenches
  • 13 mm, 12 mm, and 10 mm Combination Wrenches
  • Needle Nose Pliers
  • Channel Lock Pliers
  • 6” Adjustable Wrench
  • 3/8” Metric Socket Set
  • Screw Type Chain Tool (Park CT -3.2 recommended)
  • Chain Pliers (Park Tool MLP- 1.2 recommended)
  • 22 mm Socket or 7/8” Socket, with 3/8” driver adapter (for wheel nuts)
  • Tape Measure

RARELY NEEDED TOOLS: Here are a few tools that are rarely needed, but can really save the day

  • 9/16X20 Right Hand Pedal Tap
  • 9/16x20 Left Hand Pedal Tap
  • Set of standard Metric Taps in the most common sizes: 10mm x 1.50, 10mm x 1.25, 10mm x 1.00, 9mm x 1.25, 9mm x 1.00, 8mm x 1.25, 7mm x 1.00 6mm x 1.00, 5mm x 0.90, 5mm x 0.80, 4mm x .075, 4mm x .070, 3mm x 0.60, 3mm x 0.50,
